ESA Winter 2024 Hotel Options and Booking
Beginning with ESA Winter 2024 the goal of the ESA Organising team is to have three hotel options available on day one of booking. For ESA Winter 2024, the three options are as follows
- Event Hotel: Quality Hotel View
- Alternative in Hyllie: Malmö Arena Hotel
- Alternative downtown: Scandic Triangeln
Quality Hotel View
We will of course recommend this hotel to our attendees first. The Quality Hotel View has several hundred high quality rooms with direct access to the convention space. Our attendees love the breakfast, the convenience, and the style of the accomodation.
Booking instructions
ESA has an agreed rate for single and twin rooms, which can be booked online. While three- and four-person rooms are available they are not included in our block and must be booked either online (without our group code), or by telephone or email.

Malmö Arena Hotel
Malmö Arena Hotel is located 500 metres walk away from Quality Hotel View and is the alternative accomodation that does not require the use of public transport to travel to and from the event hotel every day. Similar in size and quality to the event hotel, Malmö Arena Hotel offers rooms over 16 floors and has a great breakfast included in the rate.

Scandic Triangeln
Scandic Triangeln is in the heart of the Triangeln district of downtown Malmö. It is a 3 minute walk from the hotel to Triangeln train station where trains run every 5 minutes to ESA during the day and every 30 minutes after 1am. This hotel should be the number one choice for attendees who want to experience Malmö’s vibrant restaurant scene and nightlife, as it’s in the heart of it all.
